  • Your bag tag number or baggage receipt is a unique code that helps us track your luggage. You can find it on the small sticker or tag you received when you checked in your bag.

    You should use your mobile phone to scan the barcode on the bag tag (bag receipt) for quick and accurate entry.

    Bag tag codes have are either 10 digits or 2 letters and 6 digits. Sometimes both are shown on your tag, either one can be entered. See below for sample bag tag codes. The code is usally printed above or below the barcode.
